Walking Tours – Booking Now Open! Booking is
now open for the Society of London Theatre's popular
annual season of Theatreland Walking Tours, offering the
public a wonderful opportunity to learn about the
history of some of London's best-loved performance
venues. The tours will take place on the following
Sundays: 17 April, 22 and 29 May, 12 and 19 June, 3 and
10 July, 14 August, 11 and 25 September. The tour starts
at 2.30pm at a central location and lasts approximately

Theatre Opening the Regent’s Park Open Air
Theatre 2011 season on 19 May, Timothy Sheader directs
William Golding’s gripping drama, Lord Of The Flies,
while Lucy Bailey injects her unique visual dynamism
into John Gay’s original text of The Beggar’s Opera from
23 June. Continuing the successful series of Shakespeare
plays for younger audiences, Pericles will be
re-imagined for everyone aged six and over from 2 July
and the final production of the 2011 season, playing
from 28 July to 10 September, is George and Ira
Gershwin’s hit musical comedy, Crazy for You. For
